Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How is this pro-life workshop unique?
Although there are other excellent pro-life workshops in our country, this workshop is unique because we begin with truly understanding why people support legal abortion.  We believe that our friends and neighbors who support abortion have good hearts and intentions.  They are sincere in their desire for what is best for women and society.  We believe that this common goal, wanting the best for women and society, must be the starting point for any productive conversation about abortion.

Q: Who can host a workshop?
The Heart, Mind, & Voice for Life workshop is designed for any organization that wants to empower its members to be effective pro-life witnesses.  It is age appropriate for anyone high school and up:  churches, high schools, Students For Life clubs,  Newman Centers, etc.

Q: How long is the workshop?
The workshop is four hours (including breaks).  This can be divided as needed for your schedule.

Q: Is the workshop suitable for a non-religious audience?
Yes!  Respecting the life of the unborn and the well-being of women is a something people of all faiths or no faith can support.

Q: Are pictures of aborted fetuses displayed during the presentation?
Although we believe one cannot have a thorough comprehension of abortion without this visual understanding, our presentation does not include photos of babies after abortion.  Instead, we refer our attendees to reputable websites.

Q: Is this presentation designed to train people to speak to the general public about abortion, such as a college campus?
The goal of the presentation is to empower individuals to talk to anyone about abortion.  Sometimes it is more difficult to talk to friends than strangers about this issue.  This workshop is designed to give individuals the confidence they need to talk to a family member, friend, or total stranger about abortion.  Because of this we offer an optional public-outreach training as part of workshop.
